Warren R. Stein

While still in law school, Mr. Stein was asked to serve as one of the first Law Clerks to the Circuit Court for Loudoun County in Leesburg, Virginia, assisting the Circuit Court judges with the cases they decided. He entered private practice in 1990 and has been providing legal services in the areas of civil litigation, divorce, custody, business and commercial law, traffic violations, criminal matters as well as a variety of other legal practice areas for more than twenty years.

Mr. Stein obtained his undergraduate degree double-majoring in economics and philosophy at the College of William & Mary, served on active duty as an officer in the United States Coast Guard Reserve, and earned his law degree from George Mason University School of Law. Mr. Stein resides in Waterford, Virginia. A life-long sailor, he builds boats, grows wine grapes, and enjoys his two sons.

He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Loudoun County Bar Association. In addition, he is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division, and the U.S. District Courts for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.

Lisa is a Paralegal with more than twenty years of experience in both Federal and local jurisdictions. She is an integral member of the staff at Warren R. Stein, P.C. Lisa supports clients in a variety of practice areas including family law, divorce, misdemeanor crimes, DUI/DWI and estate administration, drafts pleadings, performs legal research and serves as the firm’s administrator.

Lisa was born in Charleston, West Virginia and has lived in Loudoun County for the past 25 years. She attended Herndon High School and was awarded a Certificate from the Paralegal Institute in 1984.

Lisa began her legal career as a member of the Legal and Public Policy Department of the Newspaper Association of America, a nonprofit trade association representing the interests of the daily newspaper industry. She left after 17 years to join her family’s recruiting company where she served as Vice President/Business Development. Wanting to get back to her legal roots, she joined Warren R. Stein, P.C. in 2002.
